1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GEOlityx ("the Service"), available at geolityx.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GEOlityx is a brand-visibility analytics platform that measures how AI language models (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and others) reference and recommend brands. The Service provides:

• GEO Score — a composite visibility metric
• Competitor analysis and market positioning
• Deep analysis across buyer personas, intents, and languages
• Optimization recommendations and content strategies

3. Waitlist

By joining the GEOlityx waitlist, you consent to receive email communications about the launch and early access offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at support@geolityx.com.

4. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the GEOlityx name, logo, design, algorithms, and documentation — are owned by GEOlityx and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (brand names, keywords, etc.). You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Pricing and Payments

Pricing plans and features are described on our pricing page. Prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase, subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

8. AI Model Data

GEOlityx queries third-party AI models to generate analysis results. We do not control the responses provided by these models and cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Analysis results are provided "as is" and should not be considered as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEOlityx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEOlityx from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
